REFUND POLICY

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our online certificate courses.

 

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the DNASYS Academy website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Condition and the points below.

 

Refunds

  • Refund of the fee is not allowed once paid for a course.
  • In place of cancellation, the candidate can transfer the enrollment in a different course offered by DNASYS Academy but before providing the course access details.
  • Also, the candidate can opt to delay the start of the course.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 Admission of a candidate can be canceled by DNASYS Academy under the following circumstances:

  • if the illegitimate information provided by the candidate.
  • if a complete fee is not paid till completion
  • If installments (if applicable) are not paid by the candidate.
  • if at any time it becomes known that the minimum eligibility criteria are not met.
  • if the code of conduct as laid down by DNASYS is not adhered to.
